About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers may also perform general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position requires driving to customer locations and bringing orders to the door, as well as delivering flyers and door hangers. Drivers must be able to navigate delivery routes and terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs. The role involves working in a store environment with exposure to changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts, as well as varying weather conditions during outside tasks and deliveries. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers and comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Must be able to lift product cases weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks described for the role.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and bring them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate maps, addresses, delivery routes, and adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and move deliveries and supplies, including lifting and stacking cases.
