About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its St. Louis location. The driver delivers products promptly and in good condition, provides courteous customer service, and represents the organization professionally. The role requires safe vehicle operation, efficient navigation, accurate delivery records, vehicle checks, and communication with dispatch. Drivers should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products throughout the St. Louis area in a timely and professional manner.
• Use GPS and local knowledge to navigate routes efficiently and minimize travel time.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer customer questions, and handle transactions professionally.
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions or concerns.
• Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate with dispatch about route changes, delays, or customer concerns.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude.
