About The Position
Domino’s Delivery Driver role delivering orders safely and providing excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. The role also supports store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking, while following food safety standards and company procedures. Health insurance and a 401(k) are available subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager are based on performance, training, and available positions. Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
- A motor vehicle record review that meets the company's insurance standards; review occurs after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
- Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
- Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Verify orders before leaving the store.
- Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
