About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the Domino’s team, provide excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role supports shift leadership, food preparation and order fulfillment, employee training, food safety, inventory management, cash handling, and store administration. The Assistant Manager also supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.

• Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
