About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you will safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers, navigating local neighborhoods and established routes to ensure timely deliveries. You will also provide customer service, answer questions about menu items, help customers place or customize orders, and support customer satisfaction. The role includes handling payments as needed and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Must have a personally insured and well-maintained vehicle.
Must have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
Must have no more than two traffic violations within the past two years.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility.
Must be 18 years or older.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a motor vehicle to deliver orders to customers’ homes and businesses.
Navigate efficiently using GPS or knowledge of local streets and addresses.
Assist customers with placing orders, customizing pizzas, and answering menu questions.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Ensure order delivery accuracy and handle payments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
