About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service and deliver orders within a designated delivery area. The role also supports store operations by taking orders, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, organizing inventory, and contributing to a positive team environment. This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and eligibility-based benefits. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
