About The Position

Rainbow Pizza, a Domino's Pizza franchisee, is seeking Delivery Drivers to join their team. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of licensed driving experience, or 1 year of licensed driving experience if 19 years of age or older (learner's permit time counts).
• Must have valid auto insurance, with your name listed as an insured driver.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Ability to handle cash and make correct change.
• Basic computer and touchscreen proficiency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Eye-hand coordination is essential.
• Use of hands is continuous during the day.
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
• Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience (for Assistant Manager role, not directly for Delivery Driver but mentioned in context of career growth).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products to customers.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Handle customer payments and maintain cash accountability.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation, stocking, and cleaning.
• Operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
