Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- At least 2 years of licensed driving experience, or 1 year of licensed driving experience if you are 19 years of age or older (learner's permit time counts toward this requirement).
- Must have valid auto insurance, and your name must be listed as an insured driver on the policy.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
- Ability to handle cash and make correct change.
- Basic computer and touchscreen proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
- Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
- Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
- Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
- Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
Nice To Haves
- Previous management experience (for Assistant Manager role, not directly applicable to Delivery Driver but mentioned in context of company).
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
