About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area and to distribute flyers and door hangers. The role offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for advancement, including into management. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record that meets company standards, and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery. They must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate challenging terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites. The position also includes general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The work involves exposure to varying weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, temperature changes, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use. Delivery duties include carrying pizzas and beverages and may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including carrying deliveries and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
