About The Position

Join The Common Market as a Delivery Driver operating a 26' box truck. The Common Market is a mission-driven distributor of local foods committed to providing fresh, high-quality products from local farms to customers. This role supports the network connecting local agriculture with customers while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service.

The Delivery Driver navigates routes, loads and unloads products, and delivers goods to clients professionally and carefully. The role operates Monday through Saturday, with starts at 3AM or 4AM, and involves 35–45 hours of work each week. Compensation is $22.50 per hour, with an annual safety bonus of up to $4,000 ($1,000 per quarter).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience driving a box truck (26' or larger).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities related to loading and unloading.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
• Flexibility in handling changing routes and delivery schedules.
