About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products by car and to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential progression into management or franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. In addition to delivery work, team members may perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. The position involves working in a fast-paced store environment and handling physical tasks, including carrying products and navigating stairs and other delivery-site terrain.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet quality standards.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to shelves.
Perform other store-team duties as needed.
