About The Position

Sexy Pizza is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team. This role involves delivering pizzas, salads, and other Sexy Pizza items to customers. The driver will also be responsible for collecting payments, potentially taking orders and serving customers at the counter or tables, maintaining cleanliness of the spaces, and adhering to health and safety standards. Flexible hours are available, with both full-time and part-time positions open. Sexy Pizza is more than just a pizza place; it's a movement combining high-quality pizza with social activism, known for its scratch-made pizzas, community involvement, and support for the arts.

Requirements

18 years of age or more.
At least 3 years of driving experience.
Valid state driving license.
Use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving many miles per day.
Minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
Acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy or insurance carrier.
Working cellular device for checking orders, routing, and customer communication.
Ability to provide up-to-date Motor Vehicle records upon request.
Ability to read a map and interpret written directions.
Basic math skills and ability to handle money and make change.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Ability to work in a sitting (driving), standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas, salads, and other Sexy Pizza items to residential and commercial locations.
Collect payment in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
May take orders and serve customers at the counter or tables.
Keep spaces clean and stay up-to-date with health and safety standards for cooking and serving.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Clean and sanitize all dishes, fountain soda machine, hand sink, lobby tables, chairs, etc.
Follow all ServSafe and health department guidelines and standards.
Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times.
Learn the names and personally recognize regular customers.
Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make change.
Assist in restocking and replenishment of products and supplies (e.g., folding and stocking boxes, cups, lids, napkins).
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Prioritize the best routing for multiple deliveries.
Perform other related duties as assigned by a manager.
