About The Position

Sexy Pizza is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team. This role involves delivering pizzas, salads, and other Sexy Pizza items to customers. The driver will also be responsible for collecting payments safely and professionally, potentially taking orders and serving customers at counters or tables, and maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with health and safety standards. Flexible hours are available, with both full-time and part-time positions open.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or more.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with customers and communicate clearly with Team Members.
• A valid state driving license.
• Use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving many miles per day.
• Minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
• An acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy or insurance carrier.
• A working cellular device for order accuracy, navigation, and customer communication.
• Ability to provide up-to-date Motor Vehicle records upon request.
• Ability to read a map and interpret written directions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and make change.
• Able to work in a sitting (while driving), standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to be on feet for extended periods, up to 4 consecutive hours.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas, salads, and other Sexy Pizza items.
• Collect payment in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• May take orders and serve customers at counters or tables.
• Keep spaces clean and stay up-to-date with health and safety standards.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, fountain soda machine, hand sink, lobby tables, chairs, etc.
• Follow all ServSafe and health department guidelines and standards.
• Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Make deliveries of product to residential and commercial locations.
• Learn the names and personally recognize regulars.
• Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
• Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make change.
• Assist in restocking and replenishment of products and supplies.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation.
• Prioritize the best routing for more than one delivery at a time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by a manager.
