About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Domino’s Delivery Driver. The role includes serving customers, preparing products, maintaining store standards, and delivering orders safely within the designated delivery area. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus paid in portions after designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements and milestones apply. This is a variable-hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay under applicable laws. Team members must use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
