About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus earned in portions by meeting designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply. Drivers help provide a fun, friendly customer experience while representing RPM and Domino’s brand standards. The position also includes store duties such as preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, supporting inventory activities, and contributing to a positive team environment.

This is a variable hourly position with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and Team Member product discounts. Medical, dental, and vision coverage may be available to eligible Team Members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible Team Members may also access the 401(k) program. RPM Pizza provides ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College, along with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
