About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the local delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. Drivers also perform general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking supplies, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must have the motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and perform the lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair or ladder climbing described in the posting.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and locate addresses using navigation skills.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area into storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Unload and move deliveries using a hand truck; carry, push, or pull supplies and trays as needed.
• Perform other outside tasks, including removing trash.
