About The Position

Domino's is hiring a Delivery Driver and offers flexibility for people seeking part-time work, full-time employment, or a second job. The role includes delivery driving as well as in-store duties such as processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, cleaning, distributing marketing materials, and communicating with customers and team members. Drivers must be able to navigate the designated delivery area and adverse terrain and weather, and meet Domino's quality, image, and uniform standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
Positive and helpful attitude.
Willingness to conform to Domino's Pizza image and uniform standards.
Ability to work alone and with others.
Desire to meet high quality-control standards, including in fast-paced circumstances.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
Strong hand-eye coordination.
Ability to receive instructions and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
Ability to walk briskly or run when safe between the store and delivery vehicle and between the vehicle and customer locations.
Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
Infrequently climb ladders for cleaning duties, sign changes, and maintenance.
May need to navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
Frequently crouch, bend, and reach while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders in-store and by phone.
Prepare all products.
Stock ingredients in storage areas, the production area, and the walk-in cooler.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Distribute marketing materials.
Communicate verbally with a positive attitude with customers and fellow team members.
Complete additional tasks as requested by the management team.
Deliver products to customers and navigate the designated delivery area.
