About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Louisville location at 130 Breckinridge Ln. The driver delivers products to customers throughout the Louisville area, providing timely, professional service while maintaining safe and efficient delivery practices. This role involves operating and inspecting a vehicle, planning routes, keeping delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and handling products carefully. Drivers are expected to maintain a clean vehicle and meet delivery targets while providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route-planning tools.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-service orientation.
• Physical ability to perform delivery duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Handle products carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate delivery status and obstacles to dispatch and management.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
