About The Position

Delivery Drivers deliver customer orders safely and efficiently while representing the company professionally. In addition to deliveries, the role includes washing dishes, folding boxes, preparing food for the day’s usage, and sweeping and mopping floors. During free time, drivers may answer phone calls, take orders, handle money, ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes, and assist walk-in and drive-thru customers. A background check and driving motor vehicle record (MVR) check are required for eligibility.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least two years.
• Must provide vehicle registration and auto insurance that includes delivery coverage.
• Basic math skills for making change.
• Basic navigation skills.
• Must work well with other team members and management.
• Must pass a background check and driving MVR check for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders from the store to customers’ doors.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and delivering their orders.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the vehicle.
• Collect payments and make change.
• Inform customers about new products and services.
• Wash dishes, fold boxes, and prepare food for the day’s usage.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Answer phone calls and take orders during free time.
• Handle money and ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes.
• Help walk-in and drive-thru customers.
