About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable last-mile delivery drivers to deliver perishable meal kits to residential addresses and businesses using an app. Drivers use their own vehicle to complete efficient, accurate delivery routes while following strict safety and procedural guidelines. Drivers must bring a personal vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

Routes may involve up to six hours of delivery plus travel, cover 30–100 miles from pickup, and include 25–100 packages. Once a route is started, it must be completed; failure to do so may result in being blocked from future jobs and reduced pay. Drivers may not bring passengers, must arrive on time, and must not start the job in the app until on site. Deliver boxes right-side up at the front door and photograph the box and door as delivery confirmation. Drivers must answer all calls during their route.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must own a clean, empty four-door sedan or larger vehicle, such as an SUV; coupes are not permitted.
• The vehicle must be free of personal items such as trash, luggage, and car seats.
• Must own an Android or iPhone smartphone with a data plan and charging capability.
• Must be able to lift and carry delivery boxes.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while following detailed safety protocols.
• Must arrive on time and start the job in the app only after arriving on site.
• Must not bring passengers.

Responsibilities

• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Report mechanical problems encountered with the vehicle.
• Verify inventory loads against shipping papers.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, including gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
• Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
• Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
• Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
• Complete assigned delivery routes once started.
• Place boxes right-side up at the front door and photograph the box and door for delivery confirmation.
• Answer all calls during the route.
