About The Position

Nabis is seeking a Delivery Driver to complete local product deliveries and long-haul warehouse transfers within Nevada. The driver will transport and deliver products efficiently, provide high-quality customer service, and cultivate positive relationships with vendors and customers. The role also involves being knowledgeable about company policies and regulations and serving as a professional, cheerful, proactive brand ambassador.

The ideal candidate has customer-service experience, is punctual and trustworthy, and is comfortable handling valuable products. Candidates must be experienced operating large vehicles and have a clean driving record. The position requires occasional evening and weekend shifts, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid Nevada driver’s license.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and customer relations skills.

• Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, and twist.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• At least two years of occupational driving experience.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license, carried during shifts.
• Clean driving record, with no DUIs and no points on the driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
• At least one year of customer service, sales, or account management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities.
• Load and unload products into vehicles at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of every shift.
• Inspect and care for packages while in transit and carefully handle company vehicles.
• Ensure all required paperwork is correctly signed off on by the customer.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise during deliveries.
• Communicate with order support teams to ensure scheduled deliveries and payment pickups are completed successfully.
• Relay relevant customer feedback to management to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador and answer customer questions.
• Provide a high level of service and maintain knowledge about Nabis.
• Comply with company security protocols, DOT regulations, California Department of Cannabis Control regulations, and company policies and procedures.
