About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to represent the company and Domino’s to customers. Drivers deliver products in their own vehicles, provide friendly and professional customer service, and help create a positive customer experience. The role may also involve other store operations, including preparing products, tending the oven, and operating store equipment. Drivers receive tips daily and may earn a driver safety bonus. Hours vary from week to week, and the role includes RPM training and opportunities for continued development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills to count change.
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products in a personal vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Represent the brand professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare products to the required standard and assist with store operations, including tending the oven.
• Operate store equipment.
• Develop and use organizational, inventory, time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Resolve customer or operational problems and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
