About The Position

The Delivery Driver safely transports and delivers orders to customers in Avondale and surrounding areas while providing friendly, professional customer service. The role also involves handling cash and credit card transactions, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store and delivery vehicle, and helping with other restaurant duties such as cleaning and restocking. Drivers work with team members to keep operations efficient during peak hours, use local route knowledge to optimize delivery times, and follow traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use.
• Excellent knowledge of the Goodyear area and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry orders, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist in all areas of restaurant operations.
