About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting payments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products, and maintaining the company's standards. This role also involves cross-training in various store operations, including food preparation, opening/closing procedures, and customer service. The driver will use a personal vehicle for deliveries and promotional material distribution, requiring a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of insurance.

Requirements

Ability to read a map and figure out directions quickly.
Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.
Have a valid driver's license with safe driving record that meets company standards.
Proof of liability insurance for yourself and vehicle.
Navigational skills to read map and locate addresses for delivery.

Responsibilities

Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually.
Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout.
Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Deliver product, deliver flyers and door hangers via a personal vehicle.
