About The Position

Team Wow is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to make timely and accurate pizza deliveries to customers in the designated delivery area. The role includes safely operating a delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling payments when required, and providing excellent customer service. Drivers also deliver flyers and door hangers, keep delivery and vehicle records, and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to support smooth operations. The position requires access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery and the ability to navigate local routes and varied delivery locations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile devices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport pizzas to designated locations.
• Load and unload deliveries while handling items properly.

• Provide customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.

• Process payments and handle cash transactions when required.
• Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing to customer locations.
