About The Position

This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and preparing products. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility on a daily basis. Key skills include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and writing skills for order processing, and good motor coordination for precise movements. The ability to enter orders via computer or touchscreen, comprehend and give written instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers is essential. Responsibilities also include delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing flyers and door hangers, and possessing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. The role requires navigating various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities
