About The Position

This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position requires the ability to perform basic math calculations, make correct monetary change, and utilize verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for precise movements, computer keyboard or touch screen proficiency, and the ability to comprehend and follow written instructions are essential. Effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers is necessary for order processing, both over the phone and in person. Responsibilities include delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing flyers and door hangers, and possessing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. The driver must be able to navigate various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities
