About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders while following Domino’s Pizza’s service, safety, cash-handling, vehicle, and order-accuracy standards. Drivers are expected to provide polite and helpful service, demonstrate the company’s customer “WOW” steps, carry coin change for every delivery, and say “Let me get your change” on every order. Driver vehicles must be neat and present a positive image. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries, carry more than $20 while on the clock, or carry a pocketknife or other weapon while working. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Orders must be repeated for accuracy, and the customer’s name and address must be confirmed.

Requirements

• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Have $1 in coin change for every delivery.
• Say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not carry a pocketknife or any weapon while working.
• Follow proper procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely and courteously, providing helpful and knowledgeable menu assistance as needed.
• Maintain a presentable image while working.
• Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Keep the delivery vehicle neat and clean and maintain a positive image.
• Do not route or check in early from deliveries.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
