About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Troy location at 131 N Lincoln Dr. The driver delivers products to customers throughout the Troy area while providing timely, professional service and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role involves operating a vehicle safely, planning efficient routes, keeping accurate delivery records, caring for products and the vehicle, and communicating delivery status or obstacles to dispatch and management. Drivers are expected to meet delivery and performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery, with valid proof of insurance.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages safely.
• Familiarity with the Troy area or willingness to learn local routes.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
