About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers must meet company driving standards and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. The work also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position involves standing and walking, carrying products during deliveries, and navigating stairs and other delivery-site terrain. Work may involve adverse weather, variable temperatures, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
Must be able to perform the listed physical activities, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and bring them to the customer’s door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and travel across delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Carry pizzas and beverages during delivery and travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
