About The Position
As a Domino’s Delivery Driver, you’ll spend much of your shift on the road delivering customer orders while earning hourly pay plus tips. Between deliveries, you’ll help with basic tasks inside the store. Flexible scheduling may be available, including daytime, evening, weekend, part-time, and full-time hours, depending on location and availability. Advancement opportunities may include Manager Trainee, General Manager, District Manager, and Director of Operations. Interested drivers may also have a future opportunity to become a Domino’s franchisee. Paid training includes hands-on instruction, coaching, videos, quizzes, and on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
- Have access to a reliable personal vehicle for deliveries, with current registration and insurance, and in safe working condition.
- Be able to safely navigate the delivery area and carry orders through stairs, apartment buildings, homes, businesses, and other delivery locations.
- Have a positive attitude and strong customer-service skills.
- Have no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Have no alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses in the last 5 years.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Navigate throughout the store’s delivery area.
- Carry orders to homes, apartments, businesses, and other delivery locations.
- Help with basic in-store tasks between deliveries.
- Follow all company safety and delivery procedures.
