About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for quality control and delivery preparation for cabinetry orders, including completing delivery checklists, pulling orders, preparing trucks, and loading and unloading cabinetry without damaging products. The role makes multiple deliveries throughout the day and updates the ERP system for all orders and deliveries. The employee is expected to provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally while demonstrating its values of quality, customer satisfaction, integrity, teamwork, and community.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Experience driving a box truck.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks without damaging products.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Active driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret orders and instructions without assistance.
• Ability to use GPS to navigate to delivery locations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, squat, lift, bend, drive, and sit for long periods.
• Must be fit for duty at all times.
• Ability to problem-solve, make well-thought-out decisions, and stay organized.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the cabinetry industry is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience working for a moving company is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality control for all orders.
• Complete the delivery checklist.
• Pull orders and set up trucks for deliveries.
• Load and unload cabinetry without damaging products.
• Make multiple deliveries throughout the day.
• Update the ERP system for all orders and deliveries.
• Represent the company in a positive, professional manner with fellow employees and in the communities served.
• Encourage teamwork and communicate pertinent information in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to company policies.
