About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers products and promotional materials to customers using a personal vehicle. The role includes collecting payments and coupons, checking orders for accuracy and quality, and ensuring deliveries are made safely and promptly. Drivers must maintain their vehicle in an inspection-ready condition and uphold Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards. The position also involves promoting products and specials, providing customer service in person and over the phone, and helping with store operations. Cross-training may include food and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and packaging orders for delivery or carryout.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Proof of liability insurance for the driver and vehicle.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Ability to speak and write clearly.
Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

Collect cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
Read maps, determine directions, and locate delivery addresses.
Check products for accuracy and quality before delivery.
Deliver products safely and in a timely manner.
Deliver flyers and door hangers using a personal vehicle.
Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
Maintain Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Receive cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and packaging products for delivery or carryout.
Respond promptly to store phone lines and assist carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
Contribute to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
