About The Position

Join LKQ Corporation as a Delivery Driver. The role includes warehouse shipping and receiving duties such as processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving warehouse stock. The employee may operate manual or powered equipment to move products around the warehouse. The role is not responsible for supervising employees.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate basic messages orally and write brief messages and keep simple records.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and clear directions, using supervisor or manager guidance and assigned priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles, including in awkward positions.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment as needed.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or sitting for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar work environment.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), such as forklifts or order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound products in designated locations.
• Pick the correct products from the appropriate locations and deliver them to the staging area or delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to transport products in and around the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping in assigned work areas.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
