About The Position

The Box Truck Delivery Driver safely, promptly, and professionally transports and delivers products to customer locations using a company-provided box truck. The role includes completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safely loading and unloading products, verifying delivery documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional customer service. Drivers must operate company vehicles responsibly and follow company policies, traffic laws, safety requirements, and transportation regulations. The position requires attention to traffic, product securement, vehicle condition, and communication with warehouse and transportation teams. Duties may also include warehouse material handling.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of commercial driving, warehouse, transportation, logistics, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old for interstate driving assignments, where applicable.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck in changing weather and traffic conditions, including urban, suburban, warehouse, and customer environments.
• Strong hazard recognition, situational awareness, and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to perform accurately under stressful conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand maps, GPS directions, delivery instructions, safety information, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel.
• Must successfully complete company-required driver training and vehicle-specific training, as applicable.
• Must successfully complete the company driver qualification process, including road test, MVR review, and background screening.
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical certification when required by federal or state regulations.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks, lift gates, hand trucks, or similar delivery equipment.
• Prior commercial, delivery, courier, or box truck driving experience.
