About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers. The role is suited to people seeking flexible scheduling and may be a main, supplemental, or second job. Team members may have opportunities to develop skills in customer service, inventory management, and people development, with potential growth into management or other roles within the brand. Delivery Experts are expected to communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain a positive and punctual manner, and present a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The role also involves navigating delivery locations, processing orders, assisting with inventory and stocking, and performing related store tasks.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills and be able to locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.
Must have hand-eye coordination for pizza dough shaping, pizza peel and cutter use, and folding pizza boxes.
Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically with customers and maintain a positive, punctual, professional demeanor.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
Perform repetitive tasks independently and with coworkers, work under stress, meet quality standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Assist with unloading and handling product ingredients and supplies.
