About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Springfield location at 3100 West Iles Ave. The driver safely and efficiently delivers goods to customers in the Springfield area, representing the company with professional customer service and helping maintain customer satisfaction, safety, and delivery quality. The role includes operating and maintaining a clean delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling deliveries and records, and communicating with dispatch and management.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
• Knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in route planning and navigation using GPS and maps.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Reliable written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical capability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to meet daily schedules and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, and secure packages and goods, ensuring proper handling and protection.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or damage.
• Meet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining quality service standards.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation requirements.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
