About The Position
MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Bethalto location at 147 E Bethalto. The role is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering orders to customers while providing professional service and ensuring deliveries are completed on time and with care.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing delivery schedules.

Responsibilities
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
- Load, unload, and transport packages to customer locations.
- Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof-of-delivery documentation and mileage logs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate professionally with customers, respond to inquiries, and promptly resolve delivery issues.
- Immediately report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality service standards.
