About The Position
The Delivery Driver is expected to provide polite, courteous, and helpful service to phone and carryout customers, including demonstrating knowledge of the menu and following the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra. Drivers must keep their vehicles neat, clean, and presentable; carry $1 in coin change for every delivery; and say “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money, and may not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Orders must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed.
