About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas promptly and provide positive, professional customer service. Drivers are the face of the brand and are expected to communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain punctuality and a sense of urgency, and follow Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers flexible scheduling. Team members may also have opportunities to develop skills and pursue growth within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a motor vehicle record check and meet company-specific standards.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
• Must be able to work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, and make timely, sound ethical decisions.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform tasks that may involve walking, stairs, crouching, squatting, stooping, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have hand-eye coordination for tasks such as shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse delivery sites and terrain while carrying products.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
• Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
• Complete associated paperwork.
• Make accurate monetary change and perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
• Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies.
• Perform repetitive tasks and coordinate work independently and with others while meeting quality standards.
