About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver orders while providing friendly customer service. Drivers receive an hourly wage in addition to mileage and tips, with tips and mileage paid daily. The role may suit someone seeking a main job or supplemental income, and flexible scheduling is available. On-the-job training and orientation are provided. Team members may have opportunities for career advancement within Domino’s, including store management or franchise ownership. In addition to delivery work, team members may operate equipment safely, stock ingredients, prepare products, process telephone orders, and clean equipment and the facility. The position involves working in a restaurant environment with varying temperatures, food-related fumes and dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Delivery work may involve adverse weather, stairs, and multi-story buildings. The job requires frequent standing, reaching, hand use, and bending, as well as occasional lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Bodily Injury insurance coverage are required.
Must have customer-service and navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to comprehend and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting deliveries or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Provide customer service and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
Read maps and locate delivery addresses; navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Operate equipment safely according to operating standards.
Stock ingredients and supplies in production areas and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare and prep products.
Receive and process telephone orders, including entering orders by keyboard or touchscreen.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Perform other team-member tasks as needed, including handling supplies and maintaining work areas.
