About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver at the Creve Coeur location on Olive Boulevard. Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to customer locations.
Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status in real time using company systems.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
Provide professional and courteous customer service, answering inquiries and resolving delivery concerns.
Inspect packages for damage or discrepancies before delivery.
Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality standards.
Communicate with dispatch and management about route changes or delivery obstacles.
