About The Position
MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Saint Ann location at 11124 Old St. Charles Rd. The driver delivers products to customers in assigned routes and territories, representing the organization through professional, customer-focused service. The role requires safe and efficient driving, route planning, accurate delivery records, vehicle inspections and upkeep, and clear communication with dispatch and management. Drivers must handle products carefully, meet delivery goals, and maintain a clean vehicle. The position offers flexible hours, including day, evening, and closing shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record meeting company standards.
- At least 2 years of driving history if age 18, or at least 1 year if age 19 or older.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mapping technology.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
- Physical ability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes.
- Reliability, punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and closing shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
- Provide professional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and promptly report maintenance needs to management.
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
- Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.
