About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver pizzas to customers within a designated delivery area. Delivery Experts are expected to provide fast, accurate service and represent the brand through professional appearance, punctuality, positive communication, and a sense of urgency. The role may suit someone seeking a main, supplemental, or second job, and the company describes opportunities for growth, including into management. In addition to deliveries, team members may handle telephone orders, inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, and related paperwork. Work involves standing for most of the shift, moving through varied delivery locations and terrain, and handling products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform physical tasks including walking, lifting and stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers and maintain a positive personality.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Direct activities and complete repetitive tasks, independently and with others, while working under stress and meeting quality standards.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make timely, sound ethical judgments and decisions.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, or coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
