About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Our drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings (potentially 5+ flights of stairs) to deliver products.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Assemble pizzas at the pizza assembly station.
• Stock ingredients and shelves.
• Clean work surfaces and low areas.
• Answer phones.
• Wash dishes.
• Operate oven controls.
• Change prices on signs.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven.
• Use a rolling cutter.
• Shape pizza dough.
• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
