About The Position
The Delivery Driver is responsible for driving a straight truck along a daily delivery route. Tasks along the delivery route include: Delivering customers’ furniture including assembly and installation of the furniture when required. Inspecting furniture for flaws or damage. Resolving customer complaints should they arise. The Delivery Driver will inspect and clean the company vehicle to keep it presentable and functioning. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Medical Physical.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must be 21 or older.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years related experience preferred.
