About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to provide friendly customer service and support store operations while delivering orders. The role includes taking orders, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and assisting with inventory and restocking. Drivers must be able to navigate the designated delivery area and may use their own dependable, insured vehicle or a company-owned vehicle.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and product discounts. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available to eligible Team Members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible Team Members may also participate in the 401(k) program. RPM Pizza provides ongoing training through RPM Pizza College, with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch frequently, and occasionally crouch and climb.
• Be able to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Be able to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, be able to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
