About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders to customers and support store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization. Drivers may deliver as a main job, a second job, or while attending school.

The listed pay is $16.80 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement paid daily. Tips are paid out after each shift. The position also includes paid training and employee discounts. Paid sick leave is provided per Oregon law. Health care benefits are available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week after applicable waiting periods; dental and vision plans are available for purchase.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Must use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver in-store app.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car and bring them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
