Delivery Driver
About The Position
Rosati’s Pizza is looking for Delivery Drivers to join their team. Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering food orders to customers within the designated delivery area. They will ensure the accuracy and quality of all delivery orders before delivering them safely and courteously. When not on deliveries, drivers will assist with in-shop tasks such as preparing menu items and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. This role is customer-facing, requiring knowledge of the menu, ability to follow customer requests, and a positive attitude to ensure successful deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a good motor vehicle record.
- Must provide proof of insurance.
- Must follow all state and federal laws.
- Must drive safely and obey the rules of the road.
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to customers in the designated delivery area.
- Check all delivery orders for accuracy and quality.
- Deliver products to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
- Assist with in-shop tasks, including making menu items and keeping the restaurant clean, when not on deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by knowing the menu, following customer requests, and maintaining a positive attitude.
