About The Position

Aaron’s is hiring a store-based Delivery Driver to support its sales and lease-to-own retail operations. The role involves driving and delivering merchandise, loading and securing items, offloading and installing merchandise, and demonstrating how to use it. Drivers also assist with moving and picking up merchandise and support store operations as needed. The work includes both indoor and outdoor activities, with varied daily duties and customer interaction in the community. No overnight travel is required. The role offers a potential career path from Delivery Driver to Customer Accounts Advisor, Sales Manager, Customer Accounts Manager, and General Manager. The posted pay range is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour/annually. Benefits vary based on full-time or part-time employment status.

Requirements

Solid communication skills.
Working knowledge of electronics.
Desire to help customers.
Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must meet U.S. Department of Transportation requirements for certification in the United States.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 300 pounds with a dolly.
Able to work outdoors in all weather, including rain and summer sun.
Valid driver’s license; a commercial driver’s license is not required.
